Introduction:

Chunwang Montmorillonite Desiccant (also known as Bentonite Desiccant) is made from natural montmorillonite mined and processed through high-temperature heating, organic material carbonization, montmorillonite expansion, steam treatment, drying, activation, crushing, and sieving. It is a natural, non-toxic, biodegradable, and eco-friendly desiccant, free of additives and corrosive substances. The product complies with U.S. Military Standard MIL-D-3464E and Chinese Military Standard GJB2714-96.

Features of Bentonite Desiccant:

Low moisture content (≤1%);
Maintains stable moisture absorption performance across various temperatures and environments, and is non-corrosive even when in direct contact with metals;
Non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, eco-friendly, made from natural minerals with fast absorption speed, large absorption capacity, and 100% biodegradability;
High bulk density (>980g/L), which means smaller packaging volume for the same weight and high moisture absorption rate;
Neutral PH (7.0±0.5), with a high moisture absorption rate even in low-humidity environments, making it widely used for metal products and high-precision electronics, such as electronic devices, appliances, instruments, and hardware;
Cost-effective;
Suitable for packaging materials like kraft paper, Tyvek, and SMS non-woven fabrics.
